I spent the 80's in a fug of diabetic motherhood. In order to keep my blood sugar at 'healthy baby' levels, I was obliged to starve my brain of glucose. Now, when people obsess on the 80's, I have no idea what they're talking about. Music, literature, news, stand up comedy, it all passed me by. I'm relying on Hackenbush to fill the gaps.
