In addition to my eternal gratitude, you'll have the comfort of knowing I won't be spending it on frivolous things like food or the electric bill or something.

04/12/2003 Entry: "Harkin: Iraq war ousted paper tiger"

"'It looks now like this was just a Third World country - there were people fighting with tennis shoes on, on the Iraqi side,' Harkin told reporters. 'I don't know what else we're going to find, but they didn't fly even one airplane in the air. They had almost nothing.'"
Harkin: Iraq war ousted paper tiger, By Jane Norman, Register Washington Bureau, 04/11/2003 (via WTF is it now?)

Go for it, Senator Harkin, it's never too late to stand up on your hind legs.

You know, if I were defending LA from, oh, say, Oregon or something, I'd fight in tennis shoes, too. Hell, I'd fight in stilleto heels and a bikini if necessary.

Will all the people who can see things from another person's point of view please register to vote Democrat and then do so?
