"PARIS, April 11 French investigators said today that the contents of bottles found at a Paris train station last month and believed to be the poison ricin actually consisted of ground wheat germ and barley. They said the grain was mistakenly identified as ricin because it consists of protein whose structure is similar to that of ricin."

So glad we were all freaking out over nothing, but does it really take a month to tell them apart?

I wonder how long it would take to spot the difference between cocaine and anthrax? Probably less than a month.

We're looking at rope and seeing a cobra and vice versa. Not good at all.
