The Hackenblog has moved to http://hackenblog.hackenbush.org/ or www.hackenblog.com.Please update your links, thank you.[Previous entry: "Dan Savage interview at LHLS"] [Main Index] [Next entry: ""Rush, Newspeak and Fascism""] 07/05/2003 Entry: "Terminator 3" Because I just spent $14.50 USD (includes $5 parking) to see Terminator 3, I would like to say something good about it (aside from beating the heat for a few hours). ... There's a pretty good action sequence in the first half, but otherwise it was tedious, annoying and dumb. Sorry, the best action flick ever (for me) was/is Aliens. Ripley, duct taping those guns together - oooh shivers - is the least of it. Anyway, I do have to say that Arnold Schwarzenegger gave the most beautiful robotic performance I have ever seen and the world would be greatly lessened if he left acting to run for Governor of California. Please, Arnold, please keeping giving us these kind of inspired performances; you'd be wasting your valuable talents if you ran for Governor of California.
Replies: 1 Comment "Remember: short, controlled bursts." - that line always cracks me up! *from Aliens. What a great movie. Posted by Maru @ 07/05/2003 07:56 PM PST
