"Five Islamic residents were arrested in October 2002, some of whom attend that mosque. A sixth, Mike Hawash, was arrested several months later and a seventh, Jabis al Saoub, remains at large. Attorney General John Ashcroft called the seven a 'terrorist cell.'"
