VICTORY Act? Why not call it Political Operations Looking InCreasingly Evil and Starting To Annoy and Terrify (almost) Everone or POLICE STATE Act? Or call it Bad And Really Zealous Idiotic Laws or BRAZIL Act? (The film, not the country.)
