Mladic got the best of Clark, but the talented and driven former NATO commander may get the last laugh." This bears repeating for anyone who'd think General Clark would knowingly swap caps and be photographed with a war criminal. I'm fairly sure even Donald Rumsfeld would not have shaken hands with Saddam Hussian in 1983 if he'd known what was going to happen in 1988. I mean, really.
