"WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. national security interests cannot override accused Sept. 11 conspirator Zacarias Moussaoui's right to a fair trial, his lawyers said in documents released on Friday, arguing he should be allowed to question al Qaeda captives who might help prove his innocence."
