No on Prop 57! It sucks! I'm too sick to really blog on this, so I'll just quote someone who said it all: "Re "Gov.'s Agenda to Go to Ballot," Dec. 7: Excuse me, but our so-called governor, Arnold Schwarzenegger, did not run on a platform to borrow $15 billion and stick it to our kids. His mandate was formed by unrealistic promises, trust and a belief that he could resolve the budget crisis by cutting out waste. It is only arrogance and ego that could lead him to believe people will blindly follow his lead to pass his agenda. I applaud all our legislators in recognizing that amending the California Constitution is serious business and should not be done in a span of a few weeks." We can pay it now, or we can pay it later WITH INTEREST, but we gotta pay it someday. And I don't have kids to get stuck with the bill, but I still say No on Prop 57! It sucks! Yes on Prop 56! Enough of that 2/3 nonsense because 55% is majority enough for me. And No on 58! A spending cap; that sucks, too. I'm voting for John Kerry. Yay! Good night all.
