I read about this site in Bitch magazine this morning. Apparently this isn't the only place on the Web where you can hook up with an imaginary gf. How did I miss this trend? It's important to note that this is NOT the same as an Internet Girlfriend/Boyfriend, where you actually do have some kind of (non-paid-for) reciprocal contact with your intended, however fleeting.

And I couldn't find a corresponding Imaginary Boyfriend site. What's up with that? The cynical among us would say that every boyfriend is an imaginary one. Husbands too. Did I say that out loud?
